And it is not that clear do they count OUT sms only or IN _AND_ OUT. Comes to 1.1 SMS/day 1 minute of calls/day.&lt;BR /&gt;Imagine waiting for bank or government to pick up your call... 'We appreciate your call. Your are 132 in line; approximate wait time is 6 hours'.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As a new account will be entitled to get the cheapest plans available at that time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
