But it sounds like you actually mean cell data service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a new thing? Has your cell data service worked here before now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What type of phone do you have?&amp;nbsp; Are you new to PM?&amp;nbsp; Are you connecting to your home WIFI?&amp;nbsp; Can you verify your connection status to your WIFI on your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you try another webpage.&amp;nbsp; Perhaps the webpage you are trying to reach isnt working or is no longer available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you check another device like a laptop or tablet to ensure your internet is working. If it is asking you to sign in can you enter your wifi id and password again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
