I just found out this morning about the reward change. I never received any emails (just doubled checked my spam folder) or text regarding it and noticed they added data bonus that already lost 15 days. It was announced about 4 weeks ago in the Announcements section. It stated that everyone would receive an individual email by March 8 then changed to March 12.

If you didn't get one, use the chatbot to make a complaint to Public Mobile. Orange bubble bottom right.

You might have disabled all messages from Public Mobile..
