Quebec has alot more competitive plans. It's like public mobile only offering the $29 for 10GBin Quebec only.

Freedom(wind) is weak, outside of major city centers... I'm not sure how they work their service these days, but you're still "roaming" on non-freedom network towers outside of the big cities, which likely effects your billing/service speed level.

I suggest you look deeper into their services particularly if you live or travel regularly outside of urban areas, if you're considering switching to them.

@Jberetta2002 I’ve heard that before I have no experience with freedom but the plans they keep offering are just amazingly priced
