I just moved from the physical SIM card to the e-SIM, and the process was quick and seamless. The e-SIM is $5.00 plus tax and as soon as the process indicated that the e-SIM was ready I pulled the physical SIM and the phone activated with the e-SIM sending and receiving calls. Slick.

I was debating on eSIM/SIM when getting a new line from PB. eSIM is free and SIM is $5. After Google and found people said the process is fast and easy until you need to change your phone. You have to call (or in this case for PB you have to get a ticket). Too much hassle. I can just swap the physical SIM to my new phone or if I need to do some testing or something.
