There are other options. I can't show you a screen shot cause apparently there are rules here. LOL.

Choose RESEND code and there should be an option to send it to your email account.

try these workarounds as well,it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID

Reset your password to self service account. Once reset, sign in again with new password. Might be able to receive 2FA via email instead to gain access.
(!!!You will need to click Resend Code and then Send email to trigger the 2FA to email)
Potential workaround (for some): If you don't have access to SMS OTP, try entering an incorrect OTP code 4 times. For some individuals, this is giving the option of an email instead.

@Chalupa_Batman- Oh that. Yup, nevermind the other regular claiming ownership of their images and content. They don't. There's no rule. They are thoroughly unjustified in that claim.
Yup, sure if someone goes to the effort of marking up their images (not watermarks as those are of zero help to the intended customer and even make it harder to read for said customer) then yeah they did some work and credit would be appreciated.
Again, no rule.

Conflating respect for work done marking up images and respect for other members is not the intent here. Those are two different things. We're talking about images here and any claims of ownership.

@dust2dust you might not know a member z10user4. He got banned from the Community right before you joined the Community. He was one that promoted good forum etiquette. Would be nice if you can discuss with him about proper forum etiquette

@softech- I don't know what you're talking about. I searched for that username and it doesn't exist anymore so how would I talk to them?
I fully agree with the concept of etiquette. I have said so about images worked on. It's the assertion of ownership that I fully disagree with. It's the whining and complaining when someone uses someone elses images that implies that claim. If it's just a screenshot with no useful markups then it simply doesn't matter.
And myself and other users have stated here that they don't care if others use images they made. Why are some members so ultra-sensitive? Aren't we all here to "put our hearts out" to help the customer?

I think it is easy to create your image and write your words to reply. Why copy and paste?

I was a victim from Impersonation. There was no definite rule not to make a username so look like mine too, does that mean we need to keep a blind eye?

Using No rule or Telus has all the right to everyone on the forum and hence we are FREE to copy and paste is a LAME excuse

But, I also agree everyone should follow Telus rules. Following rule means permanently banned users should not be allowed to come back using a different name, don't you agree @dust2dust ?

Well, this means I did wrong to! Sorry @esjliv I used your screenshot last month when I contacted CS_Agent in private message & to J_PM about our missing badges & missing Community giveback points last month. I didn’t remember to take my screenshot at the right time so I didn’t have it. Please forgive me for taking yours in trying to help us 😔

If anyone sees that I have done this again please let me know. I will remove it. 🤗
