    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;FONT face="Times New Roman, serif" color="#000000"&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;The Competition Bureau says a Federal Court has issued an emergency stay temporarily suspending the Competition Tribunal’s dismissal of its case against Rogers Communications Inc.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman, serif" color="#000000"&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;The federal agency says the suspension will remain in place until its application for a stay and an injunction is heard.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman, serif" color="#000000"&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;This legal injunction suspends the finalization of Rogers Communications’ billion-dollar takeover of Shaw Communications until the Bureau’s appeal of Thursday’s decision is heard.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/268886"&gt;@Word-Nerd&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess some people try to drag it on after Jan 31 and hoping this deal will fall apart .. but I doubt it will.&amp;nbsp; Maybe a revised deal, but I think it will go through in the end, not that I like it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am truly hoping this merger is blocked! Canada already has some of the worst &amp;amp; most expensive cell service in the world! This merger would compound that issue and threaten companies like Public Mobile as an affordable option! All I can do is cross my fingers and hope the folly of this merger is seen....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
