You sure SIN number ? we cannot help with SIN number. LoL

For sim card number, you can check My Account. But why you need SIM number? If you are changing provider, porting, you usually just need to provide them Account number or IMEI , but I suggest you to give them account number

Just login to My Account, and you get Account and SIM number

You don't need the SIM number to port your number out of PM.

You need the PM account number.
