      <description>&lt;P&gt;That is a physical phone issue not a sim card carrier issue (public mobile).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For wifi issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A. Restart your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;B. Make sure your phone is not in airplane mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C. You can update your phone software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can use your phone on wifi without a sim card in the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last resort bring it to a phone repair shop.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
