For example, If I buy a U.S. data add on does it mean it has no impact because I’m actually on the 4G network (throttled) or will it not function because the 3G network doesn’t exist in the United States anymore?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So kind of hot and miss, may be better off with a local prepaid data option and/or voip apps, hopefully they improve this going forward and transition to a little more modern structure&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
