How many accounts do you manage? Are you sure this particular one is on points?

Adding - I would send a message off demanding ok, I did, where's my $2? You're pitching the reward to me, I have a card registered, where is it?

I didn't switch to the point system just because I have already been with public for 4 years and have a lot of loyalty dollars off a month and auto pay and referrals. Seemed pointless for me.
