Public Mobile is a prepaid cell phone provider (although a ZTE could be used with a sim card to make it a home phone like Koodo does).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What company are you with? Are you sure it's Public Mobile?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
