That's a horrible thing to do to that poor old fellow. Glad it was brought forth in a public story.

However, the article seems to moreso refer to the persons inability to know/learn how to utilize the products, rather than the products themselves being unusable. (unless i'm misinterpreting the article's intent...)

The individual went in for a TV. Came out with everything else but a TV. He was taken advantage of by the sales person.

Sounds like the sales just want to make his commission for April. It is very sad that he took advantage of the situation and the poor senior.

This should be reported to the BBB.
