    <description>&lt;P&gt;If the "data event" consumed 0.000KB of data in Self-Serve then it's an MMS attachment. They're "unlimited" (free) at Public Mobile, even though they're sent across a data connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are other types of "data events" - different SMS and EMS protocols which can be augmented across data - I've intercepted some with a custom messaging app - but I never saw them reported in my Self-Serve usage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Normal SMS texts don't use data.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
