      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[Updated as of 10/23/25]:&amp;nbsp;The ticketing issue has been resolved. Ticket submissions through the usual form are now working as expected.&amp;nbsp;If it’s been more than 24 hours, please submit your ticket again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Community,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We’re currently experiencing an issue with our ticket submission system. While it may look like tickets are being submitted successfully, they are not reaching our agents at this time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;While we work on resolving this issue, we ask that you contact our Customer Support Agents through Private Messages on the Community instead of using the usual ticket submission link.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To get in touch with a Customer Support Agent,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;click here and send us a message&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Click the envelope icon at the top of the Community page.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A red dot will appear when you have a new message.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;You’ll also receive an email notification, but be sure to reply directly in the Private Messages section in the Community (not by replying to the email).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you submitted a ticket in the past few days and haven’t received a response, please resubmit your issue using the Private Message method above.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
