    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/370450"&gt;@Helpmenow101&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You had several threads yesterday and were advised how to contact customer service by private message (not the same as the chatbot/ticket system which often doesn't work). &amp;nbsp;If you think you need a new sim card can you get to a Telus/Koodo corporate store and buy one, which would be the quickest route? &amp;nbsp;Have you tried sending a private message to customer support as advised? &amp;nbsp; You need to do that in order to contact customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Activations&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you try to activate your SIM Card or eSIM, all website pages will be splashed preventing activation during the maintenance window.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Chatbot&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;During this window you will be unable to submit a ticket through our virtual assistant.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
