I’m done"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It sounds like you an an addon issue in the USA? What are the details surrounding this issue? Did you have a ROAMING addon on your account? These are the only ones that will work in the USA. If you did, what other troubleshooting have you tried? Buying back to back of the same roaming addon can cause an issue if purchased too soon. So what all was happening?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you are already back from the USA, and need a response back from CSA, then as mentioned earlier, resend a message to your ticket.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;cool , and thanks for the update&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess it is good and bad&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good, no need to do anything to "trusted" (btw, is the trusted option still there?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bad, some people might not want it as they are just using friend's device. They will have to remember to delete the app and clear cache on the default browser then.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It’s been signed on for over 3 weeks! Just seeing how long that lasts. Even after rebooting iPad it’s still signed on, even after internet being off for a few hours then on I open app &amp;amp; it is still signed on! It still refreshes constantly 1st but still signed on!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" color="#800080"&gt;Edit: To add I don’t use trusted device on any browser &amp;amp; always use private/incognito mode on them.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
