I’m tempted to change my subscription to the $39 plan to save the $5 over 90 days. My question though, what happens after 90 days do I still get the $5 discount or is this only a one time discount?

@Rict @gooru If you subscribe to the 90 day plan you'll get to keep renewing at the discounted price every 90 days until you change plans.

I'm on this plan. But tested with different 5G compatible phones, it only works on LTE (4G). What's the issue?

I am currently on a 90-day plan. All it means it that your plan renews every 90 days instead of every 30 days. The bonus is that you save $5 for each 30 days. But also keep in mind that you can’t change your plan within those 90 days without forfeiting whatever is left in your plan.

@gooru It is a $5 discount every month (30 days) and will continue as long as you continue with a 90-day plan.

Your plan will stay on 90 days. So you will be paying $102 for 90 days of service ($34 /30 days) and have 60GB of data over those 90 days

No issue, wondering if the discount continues as long as you renew every 90 days. This is a discounted price for a limited time. I'm interested in the 4G plan as I don't have 5G in my area as of right now. Also I really don't want 20G as I'm lucky to use more then 3G, but want the faster 4G LTE speed as the 3G is just super limited when I'm out and about for many things.

Just switched to $102 (($39-5)*3) / 60Gb(20Gb*3) 3 mo. discounted plan from $39 20 Gb plan.

Can someone let me know if I will still get 5% cash back on the $ spent every 3 months? I checked and my referrals show on same day as renewal but point back have not shown up yet. Thanks in advance!

Hi there,

I'm interested in switching my plan to $39/month with save $5/month with a 90-day subscription promo. My current subscription cycle is Jul 16, 2023 - Oct 14, 2023. Given this offer ends on September 11, what happens to the amount I paid? I still have one month left in my current subscription.

Another question - will this change of subscription affect the loyalty rewards I'm currently getting?

@wcyy Don't change plans effective today or you'll lose everything you've prepaid until October 14th. Instead select the option to change your plan at next renewal, which will post date the change for you. As long as you schedule the change before the promo expires, you'll be fine.

All your existing loyalty rewards and whatnot will remain in effect.

OMG! This is such an amazing deal!!! I have just converted my wife and my plan. Unfortunately my kids is out of Canada and the 2 factor authentication isn’t allowing them to login and change their plan. Is there any way she can change her plan? Can she call customer service? Or ask for a rain check for when they come back in Canada?

@Gruumine Tell them to try resending the code a half a dozen times and then apparently an option to send the code to email will eventually populate.
