During this season of giving, we’re bringing back our Holiday Rewards and we’ve got some amazing things to give!

Starting December 1, we’re giving away free data, free international long distance minutes and more, available until December 31st, 11:59PM EST. We are excited to share these gifts with you all:

Connect more with 2GB of free data
Chat more with 500 free international minutes
Plus 1GB of free data, redeemed through Public Points

I’m an existing customer; how do I redeem my holiday gifts?

Between December 1st - 15th, we’ll send you a text message with your holiday gifts.
To redeem them, just reply “YES2” and your free data and international minutes will be automatically applied to your account.

I’m not a customer yet; how do I redeem my holiday gifts?

No problem! All you have to do is buy a SIM card and activate before December 31st.
These gifts will be automatically added to your account within a week, and we’ll send you a SMS to let you know.

What else you need to know:

Add-on offers are available for all new and existing customers from December 1st 9:00AM ET to December 31st 2022 11:59PM ET
Limit of (1) one-time 2GB data add-on and one time 500 min international calling add-on per customer. Add-ons are one-time only and will remain on your account until fully used.
Public Points members can redeem an extra one-time 1GB of data, free from their My Rewards account.

Customers must be opted in to Public Points to redeem the 1 GB offer.

International calling covers the following countries: Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela

Have people received their text message already? I haven't. I used to get offers but haven't in a very long time. Could it be that maybe I opted out at some point?? How would I opt back in?

For the free 2GB data and minutes, we need to wait for a text and reply. Thats clear.

For the My Rewards 1GB data, I logged in the rewards page and I don't see it mentioned, nor do I see a free data addon. Yes, I am on the new points program, not the legacy one. Do I need to do anything other than login?

Not a criticism - would not be efficient and better for just telling all existing customers that they have already received the holiday gifts for being a PM customer - adding systematically cross-board to all users, instead of sending text message individually?

My feeling is, and this is the pessimism in me, if they make it so that you have to reply to a text to get the add ons, it puts a small barrier up so not everyone can get this promotion and save money
