This is a good start, if PM wants to attract new customers sim card access should be as easy as possible.

I've got enough spare PM SIM cards already. Can't get rid of them, lol.

Because I'm not getting referrals anymore. In fact, I've lost and I am still losing referrals.

They aren't interested in Public Mobile's new (and very mediocre) plans, they aren't interested in Public Mobile's new Points system. All the drawbacks and tradeoffs of a "no frills" provider are still here but the perks and savings are gone. New customers are always apprehensive about Public Mobile - never heard of them, or worse, googled up endless complaints about them - but the low, low costs could often entice them to try it out then stick around.
