Hello Community,

We would like to thank everyone for the great conversations and for encouraging fellow members to seek support and answers on the Community.

Special thanks to the Community members listed below for supporting other Community members with their questions, providing detailed answers and building on the solutions provided by others.

A huge thank you to our Oracles, our Top 0.1%, who go above and beyond by not only starting healthy discussions, but also help others to better understand our services and contribute to our awesome Community on a daily basis.

We would like to tip our hats to these awesome folks below for their efforts on a daily basis. The efforts of the Top 0.5% are truly amazing!

Keep up the good work everyone. The recent promotions has invigorated this service again after the big exodus in February/March. The new customers will need guidance here and there as they learn the nuances of this service.

Bravos to everyone!! The moderator team is exceptional, the Oracles are more than accomodating, and the rest of us lowly community members really really appreciate what you do to keep the wheels turning on the Public Mobile train. You do an incredible job, and for the times I have needed advice and/or assistance, I sincerely thank you!!

Congrats to all!! I think this is the first time I have seen where only 4 people got the .5% A HUGE contgrats to the first time community reward earners it is a great feeling to get a little something for the effort you put in. it isn't about the rewards but it sure helps.

To those that are on here monthly and continue to help thank you that is what makes this a great place to be and is what got me hooked back during the Fall Promo.

Like @will13am, mentioned there is new activity and faces on the forum with new promo's, contests and the greatest thing I think is having customers meet face to face with PM and give them feedback on experiences. Lets hope the saying "The best is yet to come" holds true for PM.

Congratulations and thanks to all who contribute in the community, including the moderators.

It's been much more positive lately, with new promotions and contests. I was also glad to see PM go to the trouble of inviting members for feedback in-person and posting an open poll to members, as it shows they are interested in our opinions.

@SD08 I went to one of the 4th of May as I was chosen for feedback and was very exciting to see them actually listen and open to suggestions. I had a problem that I told them about, and they are in direct contact with me to see what is causing the issue. They are listening to our feedback even when people don't think they are.

These interactions are great! What other carrier brand would do this?

For all its faults, you got to give them credit for doing stuff like this. From my short experience as an oracle, I can say that these kind of interactions do result in change. These are not lip service sessions.

That would be the renamed Top 25%. Public Mobile appears to have renamed the rewards to line up with the number in the community award badge.
