&lt;DIV class="user-generated-content"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;08-04-2017 15:00 EDT&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;We can confirm that services across Atlantic Canada are beginning to be restored.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Issue has been resolved. &amp;nbsp;We thank you for your patience throughout this process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;

The teams responsible for managing the network infrastructure are currently working to restore service. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank customers for their patience and understanding. We will provide updates as soon as new information is available.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;

      <description>It seems like a cable cut in Montreal due to constructions is the cause.&lt;BR /&gt;I just hope 911 services won't be interrupted, stay safe people.</description>
