I have an S8 and S10+. i went to my S8 that i am giving to another person but all my current data is still on it even though there is no sim card installed.I want to clear all data but worry it will clear my S10+ what is my procedure

Hi i upgraded from S5 to an S8 so i had to get a new sim card i transferred my stuff between phones then went to my account and changed sim Numbers but i was expecting my phone number would switch also. what is the procedure to keep my same number
