Hi there, I tried to reactivate my plan via selfserve. I wanted to change the exisiting 10 days $17 to 30 days $ 32 - unlimited canadawide talk, no text, no data - however, I'm unable to do so. I've already made the $32 payment via creditcard. Thanks
Hi there,  I'm trying to activate/make a payment on my plan. But i keep getting the message unable to verify card. I've been using the same card all the while here. I just don't get why payment is not going through. Thanks.
