How long to show refer-a-friend reward?

My husband renewed his 90days plan on March 8, and I am about to renew my plan on March 24. I refered him, and I had been getting reward until this time, the refer-a-friend reward hasn't shown up on my account yet. Wondering if something's wrong or should I wait?
