Hi,
I just reviewed my payments from the last 18 months and noticed that my refer a friend reward has not been applied at all. I have a 90 day payment cycle.
What do I do ?

To double check which referrals are active click My Rewards in your self serve account, then click the arrow beside "Total Rewards earned" to see the list.

If you're sure that your friend has not left Public Mobile, then you should contact a moderator by private message and give them your account phone number, and the phone number of the friend you referred. They can fix it up for you going forward, but I'm not sure they would be able to give you 18 months of past rewards retroactively though. On a 90-day cycle, the referral reward should be $6 per cycle.
