With such an active and engaged community, perhaps PM should consider Polls for feedback, promo suggestions, etc. There has been a lot of suggestions for promos in the Public Lab with anything from more data, canada wide calling, more options, longer terms, etc. My personal prefernce would be to first expand the internation countries calling list as I suggested in another post (see below), but it would be beneficial for everyone, including PM, to see what the community would really prefer - within reason of course, because getting everything for free is not a good / sustainable business model.

PM wouldn't necesarily have to act on the polls, but at least it gauges the flavour of the day.

isn't that what the bravos do. or are you also looking for those against?  there is a post about a negative bravo that would reduce or be hidden from the bravo portion to actually see the support and opposition of an idea

@ShawnC13, the bravo button does that.  In case where a suggestion is to have more free features, lots of yes votes without further explanation is not useful.  Generally, I shy away from suggesting things to do with creating new plans.  If someone does, I will offer my opinion.  I don't want to initiate these kinds of things because I feel that it is outside of the intent of labs which is to help make the service better without telling the carrier how to run their business.  There is a line between offering a suggestion on how to improve customer service vs telling them what plans to offer and at what price.

I could see it as a way PM could ask a questoion to memebers  with several options and see what the most of the community prefers.

Yes, it's a good a way to earn feedback from set of answers. On the old community design, pm did use poll once to ask where customers are coming from. You can probably guess which carrier was the leader 🤔. I think someone asked in the public lab to put up more polls often. But I didn't see it anymore ☹️

Sure, I'll endorse this one.  Seems like a fun way to drum up more community engagement and learn some things about the folks that visit here.  🙂

The Bravo button is the equivalent of saying "cool idea" or "I agree", whereas a poll would be something that would allow PM to prioritize the recommendations or ideas that are suggested in the public lab. So a poll would be something like this:

Where would you like PM to make improvements (i.e. concentate resources):

1. More term options (other than just 10, 30, 90 days)

2. Larger data plans

3. More long distance calling countries

4. Including VOLTE

Plus whatever else that PM thinks is within their interest and capabilities. A simple Bravo button is not going to accomplish what a poll would do.
