As the user habits have evolved to consume data at a much faster rate, many PM customers will run out of their 1GB US roaming data add-on long before the 10-day expiry date. The current restriction on not allowing purchase of the same data add-on until the current one expires is inconvenient and doesn't really help.
If it is in place as a safety check to prevent people from accidentally buying multiple add-ons at once, then I recommend: 1. Only allow re-purchase of a data add-on once the allowance has run out. 2. Only allow purchase of 1 add-on at a time so no one can ever buy more than one add-on in one transaction.
