I purchased the us roaming data add on in error...is there anyway to fix this to purchase the Canadian data add on

Best to private message a moderator. @CS_Agent and provide them with your account number or you could message their Facebook group - https://www.facebook.com/PublicMobile/

If you contact mod more likely thry can either change the add on if you looking to add add on if not then thry will probably give you a pm credit which can be used for next renewal and remove the add on that you bought mistakenly
