Hi @jessteh; Once your plan expires, the only way to change it is to get a moderator to do it for you, even if you have the funds in your account. Send a private message to the moderators team, and ask them to make the plan switch for you. Be sure to include your account number and PIN in your initial communication so as to speed up the process. They will be back on-line at 9AM(EST).

Hi,
I'm trying to change from a 90-day to a 30-day plan. I topped up my account earlier, but now my old plan has expired and I'm not able to make the switch. I can't make any calls. Please help! Thanks.
