I have ordered a sim card, but it has still not been delivered after the expected delivery date. How can I track the order or get in contact with manual customer service?

Normally it will take 10 working days and up to 3 weeks by standard letter mail through Canada Post.
If it pass 10 working days. Just DM a CS_Agent at:

@EdwardHong, sim cards takes around 3 weeks to be received. No tracking as it's through Canada Post.
If it's been longer than this time, you could call a local Telus/ Koodo or Mobile Klink in your area to see if they sell them.
Or some people purchase from Amazon cheaper at $5 and quicker delivery time.
You can then contact Public Mobile to ask for the $10 credit back to your account.
