data not working

Data stoped working on phone # 905 xxx xxxx. Plan is suppose to be $120 for 90 days. Also does not auto pay.  The phone is associated with 905 xxx xxxx.

I'm guessing you've already used up your entire data allocation for the billing period.  If so, you get no more until it resets at the beginning of the next billing cycle or you prepurchase a data add-on.

 

You can check your usage in your self-serve account as @mimmo stated above, and you can message the mods if there appears to be an issue with your account.

hi first thing to do is loginto self serve and check that  the data addon is showing. if it is not showing you probably have used up all your data,

 

also best to remove your personal info from teh forum
