cannot receive calls and always go to voicemail.

Hi, I have a problem with my phone since couple days ago...  whenever people call me, all the calls will forward to my voicemail right away.  Please help to see how to solve this problem.

Hi @tl185007!

Are you a new customer?  Did you port in your phone number from another carrier to public mobile coupe of days ago?  If yes, then the port request has failed and you need to provide the info required to resubmit your port request to the mods via a private message to @CS_Agent.

If you havent ported a number, still send a private message to the mods to have this looked at.  Don't forget to provide your public mobile phone number and PIN.
