Talk Not Enabled - need to add to plan and only want to pay for incremental cost.

Hi,

 

I registered a few days ago and selected a plan for 200 add-on long distance minutes, which covered Canada and US. But now I realized that I want to cancel that add-on and add Canada wide talk. I don't want to pay the full amount for the new plan, but simply the incremental cost of adding talk to my existing plan, and removing the add-on long distance minutes. I misunderstood what the package entailed. Can a mod please contact me to assist this change over? If I try doing it on self-service, it wants to charge my card for the full 3 month amount and that doesn't work.
