I’ve been a long time Public Mobile user and I suddenly cannot receive calls as well. Support has created a ticket and I’m waiting to hear back

Solution:
A quick workaround is to get another phone, put your PM SIM into and power it up. It will force a re-provision and it should resolve your issue. You can then put the SIM back to your original phone
If you don't have another phone around and cannot do it yourself, you will have to open a ticket with PM Support and they will do the work on the system.

When an incoming call comes in, the phone must quickly switch to the HSPA/3g network (if it's not already on that). Occassionally, there can be network issues with that switchover/fallback. For now, I would suggest disabling 3g/lock your phone into the 3g network to see if that helps with receiving phone calls.

This is a bit concerning as it seems to be cropping up more and more lately.
