I made a payment on my account and it's been sitting there for almost 24 hrs and not applying to my service, so my phone is sitting inactive. What do I do?

You can send a private for Moderator. They can help you with that. For now you can try turn off your phone let it rest about 1min and turn it on again or take a sim out and put the sim back. Hope that help.

I recommend you send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to investigate.  include your account# or phone#, as well as your account PIN (if know) to help speed up the identification process.
