I set up a brand new PM account to a brand new phone and it is not connecting. Compatibility is good and SIM card is activated.

@BalejaFamily  A couple of questions:

 

  1. Did you activate at the store or online?
  2. Is it a new number or are you porting from another provider?
  3. What is your PM plan?
  4. What is the make an d model of your phone?

PM does not support GSM(2G) signal.

Which phone are you using?

If you phone support GSM and none other signals, it will not work with PM.
