Inability to access my account.

Whilst trying to access my account i came accross the satetment.... we have encountered a system error with Code XXX  

Try again.  I tried several time s but the seame message kept on showing.  How can that be eradicated so i can access my account please?

If you are using the app, I suggest you force close, clear cache and restart.  🙂

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and going incognito.
