Can't activate - "Alternate Phone Number Regex Help"

Hello:

I don't want to transfer an existing number but the 'drop-down' for area / city on the 'select new number option' does not work - so I tried the transfer option but get the error message above.

Can't create an account as I don't yet have a phone number.

Basically, as a new customer with a new sim card, I can't do anything. 😞

Any help would be appreciated.

Someone replied me and the trick is to shorten the name when activating. So simple! Why don't they just say this here in the community??

what i noticed when i activated my first line was if you try to fix an error the program get stuck, i also noticed that the main info stays , and it is a bad idea of clearing cache, i just keep trying till it when thru, under normal circunstances the proper way is cleaar cache and re do the info , but with PM it has to many bugs, like if your are inputing something and you have to deleted it will get you stuck, after i activated 2 more lines making sure i don't have to delete any thing and the process when thru smootly.

Tried alternate web browser? Clear cache?
