Minor issue. I purchased a sim card under my existing account and after it was processed the thank you notice used a different persons name (someone else I had purchased a sim card for).
Is there a way to reset this? I'm not sure how the name was linked to my account.
SIM Ordering portal account is different than community and self-serve account. So, this will not affect your account at all...just another name on the envelope.

You don't need to reset. If you want a referral reward, you just need your friend put your number when he/she active the SIM. For the SIM fee rebate, Only need SIM order number and new activated phone number. Thanks
