Voicemail won't work - please help

I ported my number in and everything works fine except for my voicemail. Every time I try to access my voicemail it says "call failed".

Try to program the VM number by following:

Program Voicemail Retrieval Number

1. Click the Phone icon.
2. Choose Keypad.
3. Input *5005*86*+16475804002#.
4. Press Call to program the number.

Substitute the VM number above with one from your local calling area or try your own number.
