It's been two weeks and the porting is not complete. I need something to happen or I have to leave public mobile.

I can not get help via email and there is nowhere to call. What am I supposed to do? Admin please help with this issue it is a phone I relief on for work and I can still not recipe calls or texts.

Is is possible for you to send me the following info via private?:

 

-Public Mobile SIM card #

-Porting # 

-Account # with your old provider
