I cannnot activate my account successfully

I can login to my account but the plan is not what I selected(the promotion of 90 day pass with 12G data, $40/month ) and I cannot change the plan succcefully by self serve. I can receive text message from PM but cannot make any call... This is really frustrating!

The port failed because you gave me the wrong account number and you still sent the wrong one:( Can I re-submit if you get the right account #?

Finally my number was transferred from Fido, but it has issue with incoming calls. No problem with the outgoing calls. I have sent s message to get support, still waiting. It''s urgent. How can I get help? My friend has issue with his network. Is it possible to get help from a Public Mobile booth?

First of all, don't change the plan, or you will be charged second time. Send mods a private message and wait for them to fix it.

Wait for an hour or two to see if it works, otherwise you have to private message again to get it fixed.

If you enter your previous carrier account information corr, mostly you will port to PM successfully.
